Enjoy the patio that overlooks the landscaped surroundings. Unit is walking distance to the pool and pool house. Although the unit does not offer and washer/dryer the laundry facility is in proximity to the pool house. No pets please. Landlord is open to short term rental. Water/trash are included in the rent.
